My journey into the travel industry began in the late 1990s when I worked for a small startup company in New York City, managing corporate travel needs. I loved the fast-paced environment of Manhattan and helping people navigate their business travel.

 

Everything changed on September 11, 2001. That morning, I was at my office near 23rd Street in Manhattan. From a conference room window, I could see the World Trade Center. Like so many New Yorkers, I witnessed events that would forever change my perspective on life. While I was fortunate that no one I personally knew was lost that day, the experience left a lasting impact and reminded me how precious time with family truly is.

 

Just a few months later, the startup company I loved lost its financial backing and closed its doors. It was a difficult period, but it gave me the opportunity to reflect on what I wanted my future in travel to look like. I realized my passion wasn't in corporate travel — it was in helping families create unforgettable memories together.

 

That realization led me to Walt Disney World. As Disney vacations became more popular and complex, I discovered how much planning went into creating the perfect trip. I began working with an online Disney-focused travel agency and quickly learned that families needed expert guidance to make the most of their vacations.

 

Over the years, I expanded my expertise beyond Disney to include Universal Orlando Resort, cruises, and family-friendly resort vacations. Wanting to provide the highest level of service, I earned my CLIA certification — one of the travel industry's premier professional credentials.

 

I specialize in family vacations to all Disney Destinations and I love cruising. My favorites for families are Disney Cruise Line, Royal Caribbean, and Celebrity. My clients also enjoy land vacations to Alaska, Hawaii, Aruba, St. Lucia, Jamaica, Greece, Italy, England, and France.

 

I lived my entire life in the New York/New Jersey area and Mark and I will be celebrating our 26th wedding anniversary this year. We moved to the Sunshine State in 2022 and we live 15 minutes away from the Disney Parks!
