❤︎ My Story
Navigating Theme Parks and Cruises
Real tips, real experiences, and resources for navigating Disney destinations, cruise ships, and accessible vacations
Belle on Wheels was born from personal experience.
After moving to Florida and spending more time in the theme parks, I realized I needed the assistance of a wheelchair while awaiting double knee replacement surgery. Experiencing the parks from a mobility perspective taught me firsthand that accessibility is about more than having a wheelchair—it's about knowing the easiest routes, understanding attraction accessibility, and knowing when transfers to ride vehicles are required.
Through Belle on Wheels, I share my experiences, tips, and resources to help families confidently navigate Disney destinations, cruise ships, and other accessible vacations. My goal is to show that some of the most magical places in the world are accessible—they simply require the right knowledge and planning.
Whether you're traveling with a wheelchair, ECV, or other mobility needs, I'm here to help guide you through the details so your family can focus on making memories, not managing logistics.
